Box for the Leg splint by Eames for Evans Plywood.
‘Evans Products‘ manufacturer marks and US Navy marks.
The Leg splint was designed by Charles and Ray Eames and produced by Evans Products Company of Venice, California. The splint was made of molded plywood and was one the first mass production success the Eames duo had.
It was sold to the U.S Navy during WWII.
